50 Cent has responded to Young Buck after the latter claimed that 50 Cent never paid anything for him, asserting that he was not obligated to pay.

In an interview with Wildfire, Young Buck mentioned that although 50 Cent supported him, he had to refund everything he paid for him later. He explained that 50 Cent ensured that he refunded everything spent on his behalf once he began earning enough money.

When asked by Steve O whether it was true that 50 Cent helped him with his taxes, Young Buck replied,

“This is the second time I’ve had to address this. In the first instance, he did assist me. 50 Cent never paid for anything that I didn’t have to repay.”

The former G-Unit member added,

“So, even though he assisted, I still had to return the money to him. Therefore, while he did help, I was required to repay him. As soon as I could, he made sure he was reimbursed.”

Young Buck acknowledged that 50 Cent was still helpful to him even though he had to pay back,

“It was still helpful because without him, I wouldn’t have known what to do.”

Responding to the interview, 50 Cent called Young Buck ungrateful and claimed he helped Young Buck with his taxes. He asserted that their relationship soured after Young Buck struggled to accept his sexuality.

50 Cent made his feelings known on Wildfire’s Instagram post about the interview, where he stated,

“Somehow he still managed to be ungrateful, I helped him with his taxes. We didn’t have a problem till he didn’t know how to accept he was gay. Got caught with a Transgay and got mad at me. Smh boy I didn’t know you mess with boy’s WTF should’ve signed to Bad Boy.”

The feud between Young Buck and 50 Cent dates back to 2008 when 50 Cent expelled Young Buck from the G-Unit group, citing frequent missed recording sessions, drug abuse, and controversial public statements as reasons for the expulsion.

In 2020, the Nashville rapper filed for bankruptcy. However, during the filing, the “In Da Club” rapper claimed Young Buck owed him $250,000. To settle the debts, Young Buck had to sell his music catalog, jewelry, and cars, as well as make payments towards child support and IRS debts. Despite this, 50 Cent and G-Unit contended that they had no evidence of payments made to Young Buck, thus prolonging their dispute.

In August, All Hip Hop reported that Young Buck had resolved the debt, seemingly ending the legal battle between the two parties. However, recent statements from 50 Cent and G-Unit suggest that the animosity remains, with claims that Young Buck still owes them money.
