Kanye West believes his ex-wife Kim Kardashian only likes Black guys.
In an interview with Lex Fridman on the Lex Fridman Podcast, Kanye West, the rapper and business mogul, revealed that his ex-wife Kim Kardashian has a thing for Black guys and that all the men he (Kanye West) knows Kim Kardashian has dated all have one thing in common: [dark skin]. He cited examples like Ray J, Reggie Bush, and himself.
From Kanye West:
“I knew there was no way she could love this dude just because he’s ugly and not Black. She likes Black guys. Every guy that she… you know, is with looks exactly the same, like Ray J, Reggie Bush, at the time Kanye West. She has a type, just like how I have a type. Like a lot of my girls look kind of similar to her. Because in a video character, people have their type.”
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, who got married on May 24, 2014, in a lavish wedding ceremony in Florence, Italy, stayed married for over 7 years until they parted ways on February 19, 2021, after a divorce.
They both have 4 children: North West (born June 15, 2013), Saint West (born December 5, 2015), Chicago West (born January 15, 2018, via surrogate), and lastly Psalm West (born May 9, 2019, via surrogate).
The reason for their divorce stemmed from many factors. Kim Kardashian, during the series finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, revealed one of the major reasons why her marriage with Kanye West wasn’t sustainable:
“I never thought I was lonely… I always thought that was totally fine, I could just have my kids. My husband moves from state to state, and I just am on this ride with him.” She continued, “After turning 40 this year, I realized, no, I don’t want a husband that lives in a completely different state.”
Besides this one reason for her divorce from Kanye West, other factors stemmed from Kanye West’s mental struggles.
According to media Kanye West’s bipolar disorder posed a great threat to his marriage, though Kim stood by him still and supported him on his journey to finding help and treatment. Also, they both were too ambitious and lived separate lives, which weren’t in line with one another, further explaining why Kanye moved from state to state and was never at a particular spot.
Kanye West’s public outings and controversies, especially his 2020 presidential campaign, equally posed a great threat to his marriage. He often revealed sensitive things about his marriage that seemed embarrassing to his wife, Kim. They also parted ways because of some irreconcilable differences, which resulted in heightened egos and unforgiveness.
Even though the two are no longer together, they’ve proven to be great at co-parenting, their child, especially North West, is growing so well in the faith of Christ and often expresses the importance of taking one’s spiritual life seriously. She has proven to be the perfect elder sister to her younger ones by guiding them toward good moral uprightness and the love of Christ.
Even though Kanye West, 1 year after his divorce, on December 20, 2022, remarried his current wife Bianca Censori, an architectural designer in his company Yeezy,
Kim, on the other hand, hasn’t remarried. She has, since her divorce, focused on her family and business. While there have been some rumors some time back that she’s dating a certain real estate investor, sources around her have debunked these rumors categorically, stating that she’s very much single.
