The fashion and hip hop sensation was already making waves on Social media, before she found out that she was royalty. Her mother was made Queen Chief of Tamale, which is in Northern Ghana, Ghana over the Dagbon kingdom which officially made her the princess of the kingdom.
Stunna Dior who is the only child to her parents had already built her career as an artist and a model for almost eight years in the US, before she found out she was royalty in Ghana.
“I feel like a lot of people, if they were in my position and got a call from their parents, they would have immediately abandoned everything. Like, “I’m going to Africa right now to live,” but for me, I was like, “Shoot. I’ve already put eight years into this career. I’ve already sacrificed so many things that it doesn’t make any sense for me to now abandon my mission and go to a new mission.” I just want to finish what I started.”
She told Rolling Stone in an interview. After the news was made public, she officially became the first princess to be signed to Sonny records. She’s also the first artist under All Right Entertainment to have 27 shows sold out before first album.
On March 1st, she will be headlining ‘International Talent Search’ tour that will be taking place in Miami under All Right Entertainment.
